ZamoRent is a verified property marketplace operating in Zambia. By using our platform, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of Platform

ZamoRent is for legitimate property transactions only. Any fraudulent activity will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to authorities.

2. Verification

All landlords must complete identity verification before listing. ZamoRent reviews all documents but does not guarantee the accuracy of landlord-submitted information.

3. Payments

All payments processed through ZamoRent are subject to our payment terms. ZamoRent is not responsible for disputes arising from direct payments made outside our platform.

4. Liability

ZamoRent acts as an intermediary platform. We are not a party to tenancy agreements and are not liable for disputes between landlords and tenants.
