Where we are legally required to keep certain records — including payment, contract, and dispute records — or where information is needed to investigate suspected fraud, resolve an open dispute, or establish or defend a legal claim, we may retain that data for as long as those purposes require, even after you ask us to delete it. In those cases we remove or anonymise the personal information we are not required to keep, and we will tell you what has been retained and why.
