How rent reaches you
You do not need to be in the country for any of it.
1.Enrol the property
Tick it on your Rent Collection page. Your tenant, the rent and the due day are already on record from their tenancy, so there is nothing to fill in.
2.We chase the rent
Your tenant is reminded five days before it is due, and again three and seven days after if it has not arrived. You are alerted on both of those.
3.They pay, you are told
Your tenant approves the payment on their own phone. Nothing is ever debited automatically, and any Zambian number can pay on their behalf.
4.Released to you after 24 hours
Rent is held briefly so problems can be raised, then paid out to your Zambian mobile money or bank account. The cycle rolls forward on its own.

When you need someone at the property
Rent collection moves money, not people. For anything physical, like checking the property, a repair or a legal notice, book a vetted provider through ZamoRent Services and pay per job, so you are only charged when you actually need something done.
